More than 10 days before the scheduled event (30th Nov -3rd Dec 2023) 50% of the total payment shall be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
From 10 days before the Conference or the scheduled event no cancellation will be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued for “No shows” on the event’s first day onward.
