Ahad Al Ghaithi possesses a Manufacturing and Design Engineering degree from TU Dublin, Ireland. She started her early career journey at ARA Petroleum as part of a focused team conducting a feasibility study of establishing a hydrogen project where ‘blue hydrogen’ output would be earmarked predominantly for the operation of FCEVs, prior to joining Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) as a Mechanical Engineer. 

Where she served as a Mechanical Lead for hydrogen pilot in the design phase. Ahad has recently joined PDO’s hydrogen team, responsible for setting PDO’s strategic positioning in the hydrogen value chain.
