Javier is a director in the renewable energy sector with +20 years of experience developing and building projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

 I have managed teams that have developed and built 4,000MW of renewable energy projects with a value of 9bn$, including: solar CSP and PV, wind farms, hybrid plants and green fuels facilities. From 2014 to 2020 I was head of renewable energy in the technical and project execution department of ACWA Power reporting to the corporate CTO. Previously I held other managerial and technical positions in Tractebel-Engie, Ayesa Engineering, Abengoa Bioenergy and IDOM.
