Dr. Martin Peters completed his PhD in organic and electro–organic chemistry at the Graz University of Technology, Austria in 2012. After 3 years working as deputy head of the Fraunhofer “Project Group Electrochemical Storage” since 2012, he is now heading at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research ISC the Department Materials Chemistry.
He has a strong expertise on project management of R&D projects and leading funded projects (national and International). As part of this position, he has achieved the qualifications “Lean Production Manager” and “Research Manager – Fraunhofer–Gesellschaft” and is jointly responsible for the strategic orientation as well as the business model development of the Fraunhofer ISC as part of his work as a member of the institute executive board.
